I literally just made these, and loved them so much I had to share. I have always loved no-bake cookies, but have been looking for a new way to add protein to Joe’s diet. I found my answer in these multi-purpose little gems.
3/4 cup raw oats
1/4 cup raw honey
1/3 cup natural peanut butter
2 scoops protein powder
splash of milk (cow or almond)
1/4 cup heaping chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
Mix everything together in a medium sized bowl, adding the splash of milk last so it’s just enough to make everything stick together. Divide into balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, and then devour.
Your taste buds can thank me now.
